BROADWAY ON ICE
November 9-14, 2004

The DeVos Performance Hall stage will turn to ice as world-renowned skaters perform to renditions of Broadway's most endearing songs. Broadway On Ice combines the grace of the world's best athletes with soaring orchestration and singing performances of the theatre's most memorable scores. Your entire family will be swept away by one of the truly original performances of the year!


THE PRODUCERS

After opening on Broadway in 2001 and receiving a record 12 Tony Awards, The Producers sings and dances into Grand Rapids as the most anticipated musical comedy in years! Based on Mel Brooks' 1968 movie, The Producers is a classic comedy send-up where a down-on-his-luck theatrical producer and a mousy accountant hatch the ultimate scam: raise money for a sure-fire Broadway flop and pocket the difference. Of course, nothing goes as planned as this hilarious musical unfolds.

LES MISERABLES
May 24-29, 2005

One of the world's greatest and most moving musicals, Les Miserables is based on Victor Hugo's classic tale of Jean Valjean. Chronicling his French imprisonment, evading capture by the determined Inspector Javert, raising the orphan child Cosette and coming to terms with his humanity at his death, Les Miserables is the third longest running musical in Broadway history. Originally presented by the BTG in 1989, Les Mis triumphantly returns to the DeVos Performance Hall stage in a must-see engagement.
